Want to be a part of Spring Bada-Bing? Consider becoming a sponsor. There are a number of ways you can participate in the show even if you can't make it.
Cash and In-kind Sponsorship
Big Money
- Logo and recognition as major sponsor in our advertising, including press releases and other media (certain restrictions may apply).
- Logo and recognition on our web site with a link to your web page.
- One (1) full page ad in show zine. 300 programs will be printed and will be available to customers, volunteers and vendors.
- Opportunity to include in your advertising that you are an “Official Sponsor of the Spring Bada-Bing”.
- Logo on the Swag Bags. 250 goody bags will be handed out the day of the show.
- Opportunity to include promotional material and/or samples in the Swag Bags.
- Opportunity to display one (1) banner (provided by sponsor) at the show.
- Other benefits are negotiable on a case-by-case basis.
There are only a limited number of Big Money Sponsors available and they’re going fast! Participation is $300.00 or agreed upon “in-kind” payment.
Nuevo Riche

- One (1) one-half page ad in show zine. 300 programs will be printed and will be available to customers, volunteers and vendors.
- Opportunity to include in your advertising that you are a “Sponsor of the Spring Bada-Bing”.
- Opportunity to include promotional materials and/or samples in the Swag Bags.
Participation is $150.00 or agreed upon “in-kind” payment.

Zine Ads
300 Spring Bada-Bing zines will be available to customers, volunteers, and vendors. The zine will have articles, crafty tutorials, a vendor directory and more! If you are interested in contributing content or artwork to our zine contact deanna@richmondcraftmafia.com. Check back soon for ad rates.
Raffle Donations
Spring Bada-bing will host a raffle to benefit local charities and are accepting donations of handmade items to give away. We are asking that items have a retail value of at least $10.00. Come on...be a do-gooder! Contact dawn@richmondcraftmafia.com for more details.
Swag Bag Giveaways
250 promotional bags will be given to customers, volunteers and vendors at Spring Bada-Bing. Anyone may submit items for placement in the Swag Bags. Sample items are preferred, but promotional items are accepted. All items must be able to fit in the 12” x 16” bag. Richmond Craft Mafia reserves the right to deny placement of any item(s) due to space restraints or questionable content.
